These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as “GTCS”) govern the sale of jewelry on the Maison Odette website (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”), operated by BLUE COMPAGNY FZCO, whose registered office is located at DUBAI SILICON OASIS, DDP building A2, Dubai, United Arab Emirates and registered under trade license number 34147.
All orders placed on the Site imply the buyer’s (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”) unreserved acceptance of these GCS.
Any person registering on the site must adhere to these terms and conditions of sale and thus accept them unreservedly.

ARTICLE 2: ORDERING
Orders are received exclusively via the Internet after acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
Customers place orders by selecting the items of their choice on the Site, then validating their basket and proceeding with secure payment. A confirmation e-mail is sent once payment has been confirmed.
Data relating to orders are stored on reliable and durable computer media. They are considered as proof of the contractual relations between the parties in the same way as any document drawn up, received or kept in writing. The Vendor reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a previous dispute with the Customer or in the event of non-compliance with the present GTCS.
ARTICLE 3: PRICING, PAYMENT AND SECURITY
Jewelry prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping costs. Delivery costs are indicated before the order is confirmed. The Vendor reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without prior notice. However, the price applied will be that in force at the time the order is placed.
On the www.maison-odette.com website, customers can pay for their orders by any of the payment methods offered, including credit card, PayPal, or any other specified method. Payment is secure.
If payment is not received, the order will not be validated and the items will not be dispatched.
Promotional codes cannot be added together, and can only be used for one order.
ARTICLE 4: DELIVERY
Jewelry is shipped from the European Union or the United Arab Emirates and delivered worldwide.
Parcels are delivered by MONDIAL RELAIS
Delivery times vary according to destination and mode of transport selected. They are given as an indication and do not constitute a firm commitment on the part of the Seller.
Delivery costs are calculated at the time of ordering and depend on the destination and weight of the package.
ARTICLE 4.2: DELIVERY PROBLEMS
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier. In the event of a problem, the Customer should contact the carrier directly or the Vendor for assistance.
If the buyer notices any breakage or damage to the parcel, he has 24 hours to notify the seller. We advise you, if the original packaging is damaged, torn or open at the time of delivery, to check the condition of the items in the presence of the deliveryman and immediately make any reservations on the delivery note, or even refuse the parcel.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ascertain whether his parcel has been tampered with or damaged. We advise you to systematically check the contents of the parcel in the presence of the carrier, in order to verify the condition of the items, even if your parcel shows no signs of deterioration. If they have been damaged or stolen, you must refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery slip (package refused because opened or damaged). MAISON ODETTE cannot be held liable if the buyer has not expressed a reservation.
To obtain a refund or exchange of items (while stocks last), the buyer must inform us of any problems by sending us a message via the “Contact” section. He must provide a detailed report of the problem observed (e.g. damaged package, already opened, etc.). The buyer may be asked to provide a photo of the damage by email.
If the package is declared lost and there is no more stock available to ensure a second shipment, the order will be refunded as soon as possible.

The jewelry offered on this site are original creations and are protected by industrial property law. The models, drawings and designs of the jewelry are registered and belong exclusively to Maison Odette. Any reproduction, imitation or use of these creations without authorization may result in legal action.
The brand names, logos and other distinctive signs used on the site are also protected by trademark law. Their use without authorization is strictly prohibited.
ARTICLE 8: PERSONAL DATA

All our products benefit from:

• the legal guarantee against hidden defects.
Regardless of any commercial guarantee that may be granted by MAISON ODETTE to the Customer, all products supplied by Maison Odette benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles L. 217-3 to L. 217-17 of the Consumer Code and the legal guarantee of hidden defects provided for in Articles 1641 to 1648 of the Civil Code.
Under these guarantees, MAISON ODETTE undertakes, at the Customer’s choice, to reimburse or exchange defective products or those that do not correspond to their order.
To benefit from the guarantee, the Customer must contact Maison Odette Customer Service by following the following steps:
1. Have the order number and the reference of the item concerned (this information is indicated on your purchase invoice);

In order to ensure rapid and high-quality processing of the warranty request, the Customer will specify their contact details, their order number and the reference of the item concerned and will detail as much as possible the problem encountered and, where possible, will attach a photograph of the product defect to the email.

Sales made to Maison Odette via the website www.maison-odette.com are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, all disputes to which this contract may give rise, concerning its validity, its interpretation, its execution, its termination, their consequences and their consequences will be submitted to the competent court in accordance with the rules of jurisdiction of common law.
